Somatic Liberation adapts to each individual. It's a respectful and non-invasive exploration where verbal communication remains an important tool to support the experience and create a connection between body and mind.

These sessions can be an autonomous practice, a preparation for tantric massage that leads to deeper dearmouring, or a way to integrate the teachings and releases from other sessions.

Flow of a Session (90 min)

Each session is uniquely tailored to your needs and follows a flexible framework:

  1. Introduction and Context Setting 

  • Establishing Comfort & Trust

  • Understanding Your Needs & Intentions

  • ​Consent & Boundaries

2. Somatic Awareness and Grounding 

  • Guided breathing exercises or body scan.

  • Gentle movements to awaken body awareness.

3. Main Somatic Exploration

  • Focus on internal sensations (tensions, emotions, memories, feelings)

  • Somatic dialogue to find the blocage root 

  • Releasing & healing (acknowledgment of an emotion, mantra, healing sentences in relation to what the body shows us)

  • Nervous system regulation (vibration, frequency, sound healing)

4. Integration & Closing

  • Verbal or Silent Reflection

  • Guidance for Post-Session Integration

  • Closing & Transitioning Back to a neutral state

  • Recommendations or exercises to extend the benefits.
